RAMOKOKA MINE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
MINE COMMUNITY DEVELOMPENT PROGRAMME
Community development programs have always been a key tool for local empowerment, especially in areas that face economic challenges or limited access to traditional education.
Our 3 months program in collaboration with the MQA (Mining Qualifications Authority)‘s aim was to equip community members, especially those in underserved or rural areas like Ramokoka with the skills needed to train, interact with, and manage yellow plant machines such as Excavator, Dozer, Grader, TLB, Water carts etc. Stipends were provided for the duration of the programme.
The objective of the initiative was also to create new employment opportunities for the community of Ramokoka and to ensure that local populations are not left behind as industries move toward smart construction. By providing yellow machine training, our programmes help individuals understand how these systems work, how to operate them, and how to troubleshoot or improve them. This provides a competitive edge in the job market, where technical skills are increasingly in demand South African economy.
With a dynamic approach to training, we focus on innovative solutions that keep pace with evolving industry demands
